Radiohead fazendo covers sensacionais

"aiai Thom Yorke!! Assim vc me mata do coração!" =P

vendo uns vídeos do Radiohead no Youtube hoje, me deparo com esses covers q eles fizeram pra "Ceremony" do Joy Division/New Order e pra "The Headmaster Ritual" dos Smiths.
são duas músicas bem especiais pra mim e realmente fiquei bem contente em ver o Radiohead tocando! =)

"Sociedade do Automóvel" trata de mobilidade e cultura do automóvel em São Paulo, a cidade que tem um carro para cada dois habitantes, uma taxa de ocupação de 1,2 pessoa por veículo e índices de congestionamento, poluição, estresse e agressividade cada vez mais altos.

Segue o teaser q assisti ontem, mto bom. Me identiquei pra caramba com esse doc, pois ja tinha divagado várias vezes sobre esse assunto. Esse vídeo faz pensar bastante nessa problemática.
Obs: Destaque para a trilha sonora... heheh



11 milhões de pessoas, quase 6 milhões de automóveis; um acidente a cada 3 minutos; uma pessoa morta a cada 6 horas; 8 vítimas fatais da poluição por dia.
No lugar da praça, o shopping center; no lugar da calçada, a avenida; no lugar do parque, o estacionamento; em vez de vozes, motores e buzinas. Trabalhar para dirigir, dirigir para trabalhar: compre um carro, liberte-se do transporte público ruim.
Aquilo que é público é de ninguém, ou daqueles que não podem pagar.
Vidros escuros e fechados para evitar o contato humano.
Tédio, raiva angústia e solidão na cidade que não pode parar e que não consegue sair do lugar.

mais uma da série "músicas da minha vida"

Hoje foi um dia cinzento, seja pelo tempo mesmo (choveu o dia todo), mas também pelo meu astral. Tô num "melancolic mode" hoje. Ando meio decepcionada com algumas coisas q andam rolando, mas sei q logo superarei. Por enquanto fico assim, assim... =/
E agora resolvi matar minha saudade de The Smiths e "curtir" meu estado down com as letras do Morrissey... principalmente essa música, q sempre mexeu comigo.
Realmente tem tudo a ver com meu atual estado d espírito.

A música é bem boa, gostei bastante do ar "obscuro" dela, a clima me lembrou bastante o PTA. =)

Começando a série: "Músicas da minha vida"
Me lembro dessa música desde q me conheço por gente =P e sempre amei... cada dia mais, é engraçado como essa música mexe comigo, me sinto feliz e triste ao mesmo tempo. Sinto um aperto no coração por lembrar d tanta coisa, d sentir tanta saudade, lembro demais da minha infância... Quando era criança, não poderia entender bem essa letra, mas agora entendo e faz muito mais sentido pra mim.
